Exceptional Company
I had a powering issue with this product purchased on Amazon and had left a review stating that. The company reached out to me to send me a replacement without me seeking them out. What exceptional customer service is that? Extremely rare these days. I highly recommend them as they truly care about their customers! Now my new little guy is on the way. Yippee!
not powerful enough
I was disappointed by the lack of power. It’s a great shape, with a wider and sharp edge, but it needs to be much stronger. The buttons to change power settings are also not easy to find and change, especially in the dark. For the price, it’s disappointing.
Update – Not able to be charged after just 1 month
Update: Hot Octopuss Customer Service Department reached out to me after reading my original review. The product has a one year warranty so they replaced it. However the one they replaced it with didn’t work either. The charger could not stay into the device to charge it. So they sent me another one. They gave me very specific instructions on how to insert the charger. Third time is a charm!! This one is able to charge. So you just need to be very aware of how you insert the charger. The customer service was excellent. Just remember that the product has a warranty.Original review – After only one month, it was no longer able to be charged. Very disappointed. Will look for another brand.

Doesnât Work As Described
The butting pushing process is confusing and doesnât work well. Changing patterns itâs hard to tell if it changed and it doesnât change the intensity at all.
Not impressed
After everything I read extolling the virtues of this vibrator, I expected some impressive action. Nupe! Not nearly enough vibration to cause any excitement. I think I’m done with this line.

Broken when it arrived to me
Product didn’t work even after I fully charged it. Then you sent a text that the item couldn’t be exchanged.
Due to the location of the buttons, you need to decide what speed you need before use. Itâs hard to turn on and off/switch between functions and finally it doesnât really charge too well. When you finally manage to get it on, literally itâs over in a few frustrating minutes. ð«¤
